 भू-संसाधनों की राजनीति (Politics of Ntural Resources / Global Commons)


1. प्रस्तावना


भू-संसाधन (Natural Resources) वे प्राकृतिक तत्व हैं जिनका उपयोग मनुष्य जीवन और विकास के लिए करता है—जैसे भूमि, जल, खनिज, वन, तेल, प्राकृतिक गैस, समुद्री संपदा आदि।

इन संसाधनों को लेकर विश्व राजनीति में संघर्ष, प्रतियोगिता, सहयोग और समझौते होते हैं। यही “भू-संसाधनों की राजनीति” का विषय है।

1. आर्थिक विकास – उद्योग, कृषि, ऊर्जा उत्पादन संसाधनों पर निर्भर।
